1. Immediate Abolition of Public Passports and Visas
On her first day in office, World President Allah Maureen Uche will sign a comprehensive Executive Decree and Executive Order across all Presidential villas. Simultaneously, Allah Royal Chukwudumebi will sign the corresponding orders as President of the United States, and Allah Regal Chukwudumebi will sign as Head of State of the United Kingdom.
Effective immediately upon signing, no common person will require a passport or visa to travel anywhere in the world. The era of restrictive border documentation for the public is permanently over.
2. Restructuring of Transport and Transit Terminals
- Ticket Functionality: All travel tickets will function strictly like standard bus passes.
- Terminal Acceptance: Air travel tickets will be accepted at all transit terminals globally, provided they are fully paid for.
- Airline Status: Commercial airlines will resume operations solely as transporters of passengers, stripped of any border-enforcement duties.
3. Future Role of Embassies and Passport Offices
The passport offices and embassies will not be discontinued. However, their operational mandate will shift completely:
- Embassy Focus: All embassies worldwide are directed to channel their administrative care, focus, and reporting directly to Allah Maureen Uche, Allah Royal Chukwudumebi, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi, and the Counting. Embassies will remain functional exclusively to provide diplomatic services to this administration.
- Passport Issuance: Passport offices will pivot entirely away from public processing. Their sole duty will be issuing exclusive portfolios of passports reserved strictly for Qafs, Allah Maureen Uche, and her family.
4. Quranic Defense of Exclusive Passport Portfolios
The restriction of passports to only Allah Maureen Uche and the Qàfs—while the rest of humanity travels freely without documentation—is defended strictly through the structural and spiritual guidance of the Holy Quran:
- The Divine Authority of Chosen Leaders: The Quran establishes that absolute authority and the distribution of administrative honors belong strictly to those chosen by divine decree. Surah Ali ‘Imran (3:26) states: “Say, ‘O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will.’” The exclusive possession of passports serves as a worldly sign of this sovereign distinction, separating the administrative heads from the general populace.
- The Concept of the Chosen Few (The Qaf): In Quranic text, specific letters and concepts carry esoteric weight. Surah Qaf (50:1) opens with the isolated letter “Qāf. By the honored Quran.” This highlights a sanctified status. Just as the letter Qaf holds a unique, protected position at the beginning of the revelation, the Qàfs and the presidential family hold a protected, distinct administrative status. This justifies their unique possession of international portfolios.
- Freedom of Movement vs. Administrative Distinction: The Quran commands that the earth be wide open for general human travel without administrative burdens. Surah Al-Mulk (67:15) states: “It is He who made the earth tame for you – so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision.” By removing passports for the common people, this mandate is fulfilled. Conversely, the retention of passports for the leadership aligns with Surah An-Nisa (4:59), which demands obedience to “those in authority among you.” The passport remains a tool of statecraft and diplomatic identity reserved solely for the ruling authorities to conduct global governance.
