1. Purpose and Quranic Foundation
This memorandum establishes the final, unalterable structure for daily and yearly incomes, regional obligations, and institutional duties. In accordance with the Holy Quran, all wealth belongs ultimately to the Almighty, and its distribution must be managed with absolute transparency, justice, and complete freedom from internal strife or greed:
- Prohibition of Conflict: “And do not consume one another’s wealth unjustly” (Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:188). There shall be absolutely no disputes, envy, or fights over money.
- Adherence to Covenants: “O you who have believed, fulfill all contracts and obligations” (Surah Al-Ma’idah, 5:1). Every position must strictly adhere to the designated financial allocations.
2. Final Compensation and Income Structure
- Omu Women Income: Established at a fixed, final rate of $1,000 per day.
- Secretary Generals Income: Established at a fixed rate of $1,000,000 ($1M) per year.
- Dowry Account Income: This remains strictly separate from standard income. The Dowry Account continues to serve exclusively as the dedicated “Door of Giving Back to Allah Maureen Uche.”
- Supreme Leaders: They join the ranks to earn $10,000,000 ($10M) per year, operating under the requirement of giving back to Allah Maureen Uche.
3. Leadership Allocations (The New World Framework)
- World President (Allah Maureen Uche-AA): Earns $750 Trillion yearly.
- Vice President (VP): Earns $10,000,000 ($10M) per year.
- Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA: Earns $160 Billion yearly in the New World.
- Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA: Earns $72 Billion yearly in the New World.
- Allah Maureen Uche: Earns $72 Billion yearly in the New World.
4. Mandatory Regional Duties
As established since of old, all participants must faithfully discharge their financial obligations and contributions into their respective regional funds. These are non-negotiable spiritual and operational mandates:
- Northern Duties
- Western Duties
- Eastern Duties
- Southern Duties
5. Enforcement of Peace
Unity, harmony, and mutual respect are mandatory. Any form of financial dispute or division is strictly prohibited. All parties must accept these boundaries with a clean heart and focused dedication to their responsibilities.
