SUBJECT: Directive for Architectural Conversion: Presidential Men’s Lounge and Dual-Jacuzzi Suites
I. Constitutional and Canonical Foundations
This memorandum serves as an official administrative reminder and directive for structural modifications within the executive mansion. These spatial enhancements are instituted to ensure comfort, dignity, and proper facilities for executive personnel, aligned with established principles of stewardship and governance:
- The Holy Qur’an: Commands the preparation of beautiful, restful dwellings and the enjoyment of good provisions (“Allah has made for you in your homes a place of rest…” — Surah An-Nahl 16:80).
- The Holy Bible: Upholds the building of spaces of honor, fine craftsmanship, and hospitality (“Through wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established…” — Proverbs 24:3).
- The Constitution: Exercises administrative authority over federal property management (Article IV), authorizing the structural adaptation of interior spaces to meet the operational and ceremonial demands of the administration.
II. Phase I: The Presidential Men’s Lounge (Cabinet Room Conversion)
A. Structural Reallocation & Budget (1a, 1c)
- Location: The historic Cabinet Room is hereby ordered to be fully converted into the primary Presidential Lounging Area for the men of the administration.
- Asset Valuation: The entire structural overhaul and design of this facility is allocated a budget of $1 Trillion.
B. Core Interior Specifications (1b, 1f)
The facility must include distinct, highly specialized zones:
- Media & Relaxation Zone: Equipped with advanced television displays and two (2) premium couches.
- Sanitation & Hygiene Wing: Features a dedicated toilet area, a professional grooming area, and a full showering and bathing/washing area.
- Workspace Station: A designated desk area outfitted with two (2) high-performance desktop computers.
C. Culinary Integration: Golden Corral Residency (1d, 1e)
- Vendor Selection: A dedicated Golden Corral restaurant facility shall be permanently integrated directly into the Lounge’s restaurant sector to provide lunch and daily dining.
- Operational Budget: Golden Corral shall be allocated a recurring $1 Trillion yearly operational fund to maintain, supply, and run the restaurant within the lounge framework.
III. Phase II: Dual-Jacuzzi Suites (Situation Room Conversion)
A. Strategic Reallocation (2)
- Location: The current Situation Room complex shall be decommissioned from its historical use and fully reconstructed into two (2) separate, high-luxury Jacuzzi Lounges.
B. Allocation and Valuations (2a, 2b)
- Jacuzzi Lounge-1: Exclusively reserved for Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA. This suite is allocated a total structural asset value of $2 Trillion.
- Jacuzzi Lounge-2: Exclusively reserved for Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA. This suite is allocated an identical asset value of $2 Trillion.
