3. Disciplinary Penalties for Possession of Untagged Items
The Office of Human Resources and campus security will enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding unbranded property. Discovery of an untagged item will trigger the following automatic escalations:
- First Offense: Immediate confiscation of the unbranded item. The individual will receive a formal written warning from the Man of Hours, and a $1,000,000 penalty deduction will be applied directly to their active Loan Account.
- Second Offense: Immediate confiscation of the item, mandatory suspension from external Western or Southern duties for 30 days, and the individual must perform 40 hours of uncompensated Grounds Duties (cleaning and military drills).
- Third Offense / Persistent Non-Compliance: The individual will be placed into the mandatory 90-day departure track. 5. Final Clearance Integration
All items tagged under these rules are registered directly to the master inventory database. During the final 90-day departure audit, these tags will be verified at campus security checkpoints to ensure total compliance with the absolute relinquishment directive.
