- Compensation Protocol: Payment remains fixed at $1,000,000 ($1M) per year, disbursed from the Commissary Account, contingent upon completing exactly 82 singing sessions.
- Lodging Clearances: Ministers remain authorized to utilize the Boy Quarters of the White House for resting and recovery between shifts.
