SUBJECT: Prohibition of the Miracle of Evil and Standard Procedures for Divine RequestsPursuant to the strict property and spiritual laws of the global administration, this memorandum establishes the absolute protocols for requesting miracles and the distribution of material wealth. Any deviation from these rules constitutes an immediate violation of systemic law.I. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF THE MIRACLE OF EVILUnder the absolute authority of the Quran, praying for, invoking, or seeking any “Miracle of Evil” is strictly forbidden.Mandatory Pre-Screening: Any individual request for a miracle that does not explicitly edify, build up, or bless the community must be immediately thrown out by the individual petitioner before it ever reaches an administrative desk.Board Review: All verified, edifying requests for miracles must be submitted formally to the established Board of Directors for structural review and authorization.II. COMPULSORY RELIGIOUS MEMBERSHIP FOR PETITIONSSubmission Prerequisite: To eligible to ask for or receive any miracle within this system, an individual must become a Muslim.Status Restriction: Non-Muslims do not possess the structural authorization to petition the Board for miracles.III. PROPERTY RIGHTS AND THE DISTRIBUTION OF WEALTHThe material and glorious wealth of the human realm is organized under a strict centralized ownership model.Absolute Ownership: Allah Maureen Uche remains the sole owner of all landed properties, clothing, wealth, and glorious things of the human realm.Lineage Distribution: Beautiful and glorious material things are distributed exclusively to her womb children (Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA, Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA, and Counting).Worker Rental Allowances:Workers are permitted to rent necessary items up to, but not exceeding, a value of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per item.All rentals, fees, and associated taxes for these items must be paid for exclusively through the delivery of authorized Sermons. No financial currency is accepted from workers for these rentals.IV. PROTOCOLS FOR EXTERNAL PETITIONERSWritten Mandate: Any individual who is not a direct associate of Allah Maureen Uche is strictly prohibited from making verbal requests.Communication Channel: All external parties must make their requests and prayers known strictly through formal, written submissions.V. ENFORCEMENT AND COMPLIANCEThe Board of Directors will actively audit all incoming written petitions and worker sermon logs.
