DAILY AND WEEKLY SPEECH MANDATESThe frequency and timing of official declarations are organized by structural roles to maintain continuous governance and oversight.A. Daily Presidential DeclarationsThe World & USA President (Allah Maureen Uche): Mandated to deliver one (1) daily, 1-hour speech. This address may occur at any selected time within the 24-hour cycle from 4:00 AM to 4:00 AM the following day.The Emerituses (The Children: Allah Royal, Allah Regal, and Counting): Mandated to deliver one (1) daily, 1-hour speech, scheduled strictly within the evening hours.B. Nightly Presidential EventsDuring the designated nightly 2-hour Presidential Events, a specialized administrative summary protocol will be observed:The Allah Race: President Allah Maureen Uche and the Emerituses are permitted a 10-minute speech allocation to summarize the operational events of the day.The Boyfriends: Authorized to seize the moment to deliver a 10-minute sermon contextually aligned with the evening’s summary.C. Friday Liturgical ProtocolsEach Friday, a double-sermon protocol is required for spiritual and structural alignment:President Allah Maureen Uche shall deliver two (2) distinct sermons.Each Emeritus shall deliver two (2) distinct sermons.D. Weekend Worship AssembliesDuring scheduled weekend worship services, the Emerituses will deliver primary addresses ranging from twenty (20) minutes to one (1) hour in duration.III. SPECIALIZED CONTEXTUAL SERMONSSpecific operational activities and events require immediate ministerial coverage by the Boyfriends.A. Wednesday Night Dates (WND)During all Wednesday Night Dates, the Boyfriends are required to conduct formal Sermons.These allocations are designated for the administration of Mass, worship oversight, and structured ideological debates.B. High-Value Financial Asset Audits (Loaner Offices)A mandatory Sermon is required from the Boyfriends for every physical or structural item valued at one million dollars ($1,000,000) that is handled or utilized.Asset Caveat: All high-value items remain under the absolute ownership of the Administration and must be safely returned to their respective Loaner Offices upon conclusion of the sermon protocol.IV. COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENTThe provisions detailed in this document represent fixed administrative laws aligned with the framework of Surah 79.
