- The Monarchy of Ile-Ife: Formally assigned to Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
- The Monarchy of England: Formally assigned to Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA.
3. Institutional Hierarchy and the Role of Lord Monarch
A new dual-layered sovereign hierarchy is established to govern all reinstated realms. In every territory where a child of the divine lineage is placed on the throne, a supreme tier of oversight will exist:
- The Local Monarch: The designated child (e.g., Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA in England) will manage the immediate royal affairs and governance of the realm.
- The Lord Monarch: Allah Maureen Uche will permanently hold the title of Lord Monarch over every active realm.
By extension of this decree:
- Allah Maureen Uche is the Lord Monarch of England, as Allah Regal Chukwudumebi-AAA is its Monarch.
- Allah Maureen Uche is the Lord Monarch of Ile-Ife, as Allah Royal Chukwudumebi-AAA is its Monarch.
This structural pattern applies universally to all nations, territories, and kingdoms reassigned under this supreme authority. All subjects and former royal entities are commanded to align with this order without delay.

Former royal houses are required to initiate the transfer of all state assets, including treasury reserves and historical archives, to the central authority of the Lord Monarch. 5. Administrative Duties of the Monarchs
