- 1 hr/ week one Duties is Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating tellers, loan officers, and other staff.
- 1 hr/ week Two Duties is Operations & Compliance: Ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate transactions, security (like vault management), and strict adherence to banking laws and regulations.
- 1 hr/ week Three Duties is Sales& Growth: Setting and monitoring sales goals, developing marketing strategies, increasing deposits, and growing loan assets.
- 1 hr/ week Four Duties is Customer Relations: Providing high-level customer service, resolving complex complaints, offering financial advice, and building strong client relationships.
- 1 hr/ week Five Duties is Community Engagement: Representing the bank in the local community and fostering relationships with local businesses.
- 1 hr/ week Six Duties is Financial Oversig:
Monitoring branch performance, managing budgets, assessing lending risks, and reporting to higher management. - 1 hr/ week seven Duties is Developing Essential Skills e.g
