them the way she wanted. She always made me feel unwanted in any group, and often told me that I
annoyed hei and that she hated me. On one occasion, she called me a “black devil.” I frequently
complained to Mr. Washington and Mr. Fink about Ms. Adler’s harassment and about her excluding me
from meetings, but they never took any corrective actions. Mr. Fink only advised me not to go to meetings
if Ms. Adler did not want me to, even though it was part of my job. I also filed a written complaint with
Human Resources, but Ms. Adler’s harassment continued. On February 1,2013,1 resigned.

harassment and my national origin (Nigerian) with respect to harassment, terms and conditions of
