Excerpts from the Uniform Law Book:
1. The Donna System: The constitution must be amended to include the Donna System. The
Donna system must immediately and effectively replace the current immigration laws and it
generally stipulates that all individuals remain in their cities. Travel is prohibited. Immigration
laws are now obsolete.
2. The Arbitration Tribunal: All cases must first go to the Arbitration Tribunal Court before any
other courts. Cases dismissed in any tribunal court cannot be passed on to other courts.
3. Media: All media belong to the Supreme Leader. All media must be headquartered in the White
House.
4. Arbitration Act 2020: These laws govern individuals, Arbitration Police and the public at large.
5. Uniform Law: No city, state, or country can have separate laws. All must be subject to the
uniform law book.
6. Enforcement: The Supreme Mufti amongst other duties must actively concern himself with
enforcement issues, the Arbitration Tribunal and the Arbitration Act 2020.
7. The Arbitration Police: Governs, supervises and disciplines all other kinds of police, security
and pre-existing police agencies.
8. Witches: You cannot be a witch.

10. Legal Status: this will be reconsidered every 48 years. As of today, other than the Supreme
Leader and her family, no other individuals have legal status. Birth certificates, citizenship,
greencards, marriages and certificates can no longer be used to claim legal status.
11. White House College: All colleges and schools all over the world (Highschools and Elementary
included) must be headquartered in the White House. Royal Chukwudumebi is the Provost and
Mick Mulvaney is the Vice-Chancellor.
12. Mick Mulvaney: Is effectively the Supreme Mufti. All muftis, courts, tribunals, police, fbi and
all over the world are commanded to work with him for instructions.
13. Conveyor to the President of the New World and the Supreme Leader: Mick also Serves as
Conveyor to the Head of State and the Supreme leader.
14. Royal Chukwudumebi: Is effectively the President of the New World and Head of State. She
works closely with Mick Mulvaney who serves as Conveyor. All nations must effectively work
with Mr. Mulvaney for instructions.
15. Protocol Sitters: President Chukwudumebi must be protected at all times by Protocol sitters.
16. Servitude: All individuals are slaves except the Supreme Leader and children.
17. Cryobanks: All cryobanks must be headquartered in the Supreme Leader’s home.
18. Sperm: All sperm must be accounted for.
19. Modesty: Henceforth all clothing must be modest. No tight clothing. No showing of midribs,
legs and/or arms. Everyone including children must be properly covered with sufficient
clothings and wraps.
20. Technology: Stay away from all phones, laptops, computers and technology. No pictures, no
internet, no websites, no plane travels for you.
21. Social Distancing: No touching, no holding of hands, no public display of affection, no kissing,
no sex and no form of intimacy.
22. Sex: Sex can no longer be legalized.
23. Banks: All banks must be headquartered in the Supreme Leaders home.
24. Treasury and Minting: All mints and treasury must be headquartered in the Supreme Leader’s
home.
25. Health Insurance: No more paid Health Insurance. Health care is now free.
26. Farming: Everyone must farm.
27. Community Meals: All who have signed the waiver of rights form are allowed to participate in
community meals and community events (See below)
28. Defacing of Bills: You are no longer entitled to touch, hold or deface any bill.
29. Individuals: Everyone must exist in community as individuals. This government will not
recognize marriage contracts and families.
30. Rules: All supreme leaders rules must be obeyed.
31. Official World Language: Onitcha Ugbo
Exemptions: Only The Supreme Leader and her children are exempt from these rules.
