Requirements
- A picture- date-card must be submitted with a Date Card Proper.(You can only have pictures with Allah if you have a date with Allah)
- If you have no date with Allah, you can visit the Office of the WH consultant and pay the required $100,000 fee (from your $200M account if not enrolled in too many classes)
- If you are a tri-star/A-rad male, you cannot have pictures.
