Duties of Tina Adler
- Agree to be Supervised by Allah-Ikalas Midwife Clinic and Convent Staff
- Deliver a high-quality care–(Tagging along her useful Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA and a Registered Nurse)
- Work 40hours weekly around clients (Maureen’s Children ONLY) providing Person-centered care.
- Manage a Purse that pays salary of 80hours [for 10 other staff so as to Provide Asset based care (Ensure Knowledge of the Client’s Assets and how it is being used)- 3 CNA, 3 Nurses and 1 Accounting Specialist and 3 Physicians.]
- Accountable statutory social care
- Manages the Restraining Order on file ensuring that adults and their families are communicating Properly.
- Ensure clients (Maureen’s Children ONLY) are able to seek asset-based solutions, assess, manage and review their own needs and risks
- Ensure Clients (Maureen’s Children ONLY) are able to maximize their own independence and self-direct their responses to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Ensure Clients (Maureen’s Children ONLY) Can access personalized care and support to meet their assessed needs and maintain themselves in the community
