Chicago Leadership

All staff who needs to work MUST get in line as a Dater (CM) & Indicate to the Financial Assessor that your goal is either continue dating or for Work or Play then move to achieve 4 dates (with at least two Body Services). After-the-date Officer will issue a recommendation to me and your huge file or/and Certificate sent to my Office.

Born of H20 and of Spirit Program (For Women ONLY)

• Born of H20 Card: This Program is Combined with the CM to Leaf Program.  If you have a qualifying CM you have passed the “Born of H20” test. You will be issued a “Born of H20” Card and this you take to Stephanie or Ellen.
• The Spirit Card:  Waiting Period- A waiting Period for your guy to get into 4 successful dates. You will then be issued a “Spirit Card” after your husband passes all the spirit tests.

NB:

1. Gay Women: All gay women MUST present a partner too who will go through the same steps as men with 4 dates with all being Heart Services.
2. White House College Staff: If you are Older than Maureen and you have no partner, join Dean II Condolezza Rice. No need for CM or H20 cards.

The Virgin’s Club

1. Virgin’s Club: If you are younger than Maureen join the Virgin’s Club led by Jude Amago and Supervised by Royal Chukwudumebi
2. All Virgins will enroll as CMs with qualification and Number and then the Lead President-in-Charge will move you through the dating line.

The Virgin Daters Club

1. Virgin Daters Club: if you want to date any of the Executives go through the CM to Leaf Program (Play or Work) and get your 4 dates and After-the-dates recommendations and files &/or Certificates moved to the Executive’s Office.
2. These include married Virgins.

Leaf to Housing Program

Lead Date Housing Manager works Closely with Maureen or her guys (Presidents-in-Charge) to locate a spot for you with recommendations from your terminal Supervisor e.g Chief-of- Staff Stephanie Workman or Chief of Staff Ellen Caldwell

NB: Dating Circles are repeated every year. 

1. Four Dates are required for all CMs yearly
2. Wives MUST updated cards from their Husbands dates yearly.
3. Housing MUST be swapped after two years.
4. Verbal Check-up can be done any time you speak with any supervisor or manager.

Separated Women Housing Program

1. Separated Women: If you were married and your husband came in alone without you the female; you cannot work with us because you cannot suddenly jump into the Born of H20 and Spirit Program. You simply are qualified for ONLY housing (no leaf, no work and no play program)
