All qualified individuals are now required to participate in the

a. Province Employment Service Corps (PESC) which is part of a New Military Cohort Corps (MCC).  Both programs are new programs set up by the Province government to involve Civilians in Nation building and the development of the country. There is no military conscription in this program but a concurrent enrollment in the Military is required anytime in the program before the 4th year of the National Employment Service Corps program (For those who qualify). All qualified men who want to work in the farming and Agricultural sector, Media and TV, Province Government, City Governments and State Government are required to be Corpers before they present an application to their bosses. Men are taught how to date together and how to handle activities in all circles of life.

Orientation:The PW usually has a lengthy Orientation period of one year (1) where all Corpers are expected to stay in a camp for PW orientation. Here Corpers go through various levels of drills and classes. After the first day of Orientation, the Corper can begin to take light assignments in his assigned work place.

Military Controlled:  The PESC program is controlled by the White House Military Office.PW Motto: Service and Humility

Objectives: 

1) To improve the sense of morality especially with anal-sex.e.g no tatoos, service agreements etc.

2) To imbibe the culture of self reliance and Independence e.g with no spouse, no children or no relatives or family.

3) Create a sense of corporate oneness and belief in the idea of destiny, dream and goal.To expose new enrollees to varied modes of living according to their status quo.After the Orientation year (1 year), Cooper is fully engaged with his Primary Assignment. The Corpers are expected to work concurrently at their place of appointment and do continue with camp work. Then the Corpers get 1 full month of vacation or leave to enjoy and relax before they collect their certificate of completion. A graduate is only eligible for employment once after completing their PW service.
